Seven species of sea turtles are found in all the oceans of the world. Six of them are threatened or endangered by humans. Every year between May and October, They emerge from the ocean to lay their eggs on the beaches of TulumBay. The mothers always return to the beach where they were born decades ago. Watching the mothers lay their eggs at night and later watch the hatchlings are two unforgettable experiences.

Join us and let your family, friends and guests participate in this unique experience. We give each apartment the name of a sea turtle species. If you ever get tired of watching the breathtaking sunrises over the sea from your living room or from your bed and you long for a sunset: grab a glas of wine, beer or freshly squeezed juice, take the elevator, the bridge to the other roof and enjoy the sunset over the jungle there.

Forests for Future

From your balcony of the SunSet building, you have a dizzying view over the forest. Forest are crucial for a better climate. That’s why we plant 1,000 trees for every condo sold offffsetting CO2 emissions. We restore forest on the Yucatán Peninsula, just fifive hours from Tulum. You are welcome to visit your forest and scientists will answer your questions.

That is why we gave all condos in SunSet building the names of the tree species we will restore in your name. If you ever get tired of watching the breathtaking sunsets over the jungle from your living room or from your bed and you long for a sunrise: grab a mug of morning coffffe, tea or freshly squeezed juice, take the elevator and the bridge to the other roof and enjoy the Sunrise over the ocean there.

TULUM BAY is created by German and Mexican engineers. All air conditioning units are water-cooled, and the recovered heat tempers the swimming pools. Batteries secure the supply via a separate power circuit. Emergency generators serve as a second backup in the event of a prolonged power outage.

In the homeowner’s association in formation of the entire Tankah 3 and 4 our engineers are advocating with a proposal to rehabilitate the street. All proceeds from the sale of TulumBay will be used to support global civil society to achieve a world in balance based on climate justice. A 30% deposit secures a condo. The rest of the payments will be made in equal monthly installments until December 2024. The remaining 10% upon handover of keys.The handover of keys is scheduled for December 2024, together with the fifinal payment. We will report monthly on the progress of construction so that you can respond to any delays
