Xmex Investments has 3 plans to choose from depending on your requirements. You can use your NEW Condo purely for Vacation purposes or receive a return via our Investment Plan or choose the popular Retirement Plan and have the best of all Benefits.

The Vacation Plan

This Plan is purely for the long term Holiday Maker who wishes to use their Condo for extended stays up to 3 months per year. Each Co-Share Owner will need to cover the monthly expenses of the unit which will be as follows; 1. HOA - Maintenance averaging between USD$100 to USD $200 per month. 2. Cleaning Services around USD$50 per month. 3. Electricity averaging between USD$100 to USD $200 per month. 4. Water around USD$20 to USD$25 per month. The Company will also have annual expenses for Tax filings and monthly IVA Sales Tax with will cost each Co-Share Owner around $500 per year.

The Investment Plan

This Plan is designed for the Investor who wants to combine the use of the new Condo for both personal use and rental return. The Operating Costs are still the same as per the Vacation Plan except they are covered by the rental income so that each Co-Share Owner does not have to pay any additional out of pocket expenses.

The Retirement Plan

Our most popular plan as the Condo is used as part of a structured Retirement Strategy. The equity in the Condo and Rental income from each property is used to purchase additional properties. Each property in the group is owned by the Company with a long term 10-15 year goal of owning 4 properties outright. Owners can still use the original Condo and additional properties for annual vacation as part of the Plan.
